Pipeline experiment

The 14-day feast-or-famine experiment.

A pipeline disappears when every sale depends on memory, urgency, or a burst of manual effort. The first objective is not a perfect acquisition system. It is evidence that one repeatable activity can create qualified conversations.

Choose one source

Select one channel you can maintain and measure: a useful search guide, an approved community resource, a partner placement, or permission-based outreach. Mixing channels makes the result harder to interpret.

Define a qualified action

Views are not a pipeline. Choose the action closest to commercial intent that your current audience can reasonably take: a relevant reply, a diagnostic request, a checkout start, or a purchase.

Days 1–3: Define the audience, problem, promise, and success signal.
Days 4–7: Publish one asset and keep the call to action stable.
Days 8–11: Record objections and change one variable only.
Days 12–14: Count qualified actions, maintenance time, and purchases.

Use a stop rule

Stop a channel after two fair tests produce no meaningful signal. Improve a channel when qualified people engage but do not take the next action. Expand only when a source produces evidence worth repeating.
